Computers Made Fun was established in March 2007 by a local Cockatoo family who have been living in the area since 2004.
General Information
Computers Made Fun is a computer sales and sevice solution located in Cockatoo, the heart of the beautiful Dandenong Ranges, Victoria. We cater for all sales and service enquiries as well as a 15 place LAN and Internet Computer Gaming Centre. With the latest, most played games in the world today available in the Centre, we are the place to be for teenagers and adults to have a fun time and meet up with friends.
The people behind CMF
Dean, Greg & Jeannette first discussed opening a computer based entertainment facility in Cockatoo back in the middle of 2006 after seeing the lack of activities for the youth in the area. The dream of opening a centre such as CMF is today was realised in March 2007, much to the excitement of a select group of youths who had built a rapport with the owners via the temporary forums setup at http://forums.computersmadefun.com.au.
Computers Made Fun
have now been going from strength to strength for the past 8 months (as at November 2007) with more and more local residents discovering the value of a solid, safe, entertainment-oriented facility every day.
As well as computer-based video games, Cockatoo is able to enjoy the offerings of a full service computer shop offering the likes of: new computers/laptops, new parts & accessories, printer cartridges, cd/dvd media, computers servicing (software installs/reinstalls, virus/spyware removal, component upgrades, new installations, etc)
